Sulfex Mattress ensures quality and durability with our mattress warranty, safeguarding against manufacturing defects for a duration ranging from 1 to 10 years from the date of purchase. For products covered by a 1-year warranty, if any manufacturing defects are identified within the first 6 months, the mattress will be promptly replaced. If replacement occurs after the initial 6 months, the warranty will be applicable for the remaining 6 months. For products within the 2 to 10 years warranty period, the mattress will be replaced during the first year for any manufacturing defects. Subsequent years will be subject to a prorated warranty.
Eligibility
To avail of warranty benefits, all purchased products must be registered within 20 days of delivery.
Warranty coverage is limited to product failure resulting from manufacturing defects, specifically sagging of the mattress core. The warranty excludes depressions of less than 1″ for mattresses up to 5″ thick and 1.5″ for mattresses over 5″ thick. If multiple mattresses are purchased and only one exhibits sagging or damage, the warranty applies exclusively to the affected mattress.
The warranty does not cover fabric and stitching wear and tear from regular use, nor does it address preferences in comfort level and firmness. Initial adjustments to the new mattress are expected, and flexible polyurethane foam softening with normal use is considered normal.
Any damages or sagging caused by improper cot size and condition, uneven resting surface, or improper cot structural design are not covered by the warranty. Ironing-related damage, damages resulting from the use of freebies, and stains occurring after unpacking or removal of packaging are also excluded.
Issues reported beyond 30 days of delivery, such as opening of stitches, quilt or tape edge loosening, and quilt loose issues, are not covered by the warranty.
While we aim to replace defective mattresses promptly, the actual replacement time depends on product availability.
Size variation within ±0.5″ for length, width, and thickness is acceptable, as the mattress settles to its actual size within 2-3 days of unpacking.
The warranty excludes smells from usage in enclosed environments, moisture exposure due to air conditioning, excessively wet surfaces, and liquid spills on the mattress. Roll-packed mattresses should return to specified dimensions within 48 hours; a deviation of ±0.5″ is acceptable.
User-inflicted damages, infestations, and damages due to natural calamities are not covered. Proper use of the product is essential for warranty eligibility.
Warranty is valid only when the product is purchased from an authorized Sulfex Mattress dealer, Sulfex Mattress distributors, the Sulfex Mattress website, or authorized marketplaces.
Warranty claims will be addressed by replacing the damaged product with an identical or similar substitute of equal or higher value. The final decision rests with Sulfex Mattress Co.
Disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
Inspection services for mattresses, furniture, and accessories at doorsteps are not offered. For special cases, a visit charge of Rs. 500/- in Metro and Rs. 800/- in Non-metro must be paid in advance.
This warranty policy is effective from November 1, 2023, superseding all previous policies, whether written or oral.
Warranty Calculation
In the event of a defect within the first year, the product will be replaced or repaired. If a defect arises after 1 year, a pro-rata coupon will be provided for the remaining warranty years, applicable as a discount for a new mattress purchase from Sulfex Mattress.
Claim Warranty
If you encounter any issues, check the warranty details on your card. In case of product failure, contact Sulfex Customer Support at +91 7025939393 or info@sulfexmattress.com. Provide photographs of the entire sleeping surface and any visible faults, as failure to do so may result in delayed replacement or denial of warranty. Include a copy of the purchase invoice and MRP label for warranty claims.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Sulfex Mattress Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content on our website without our prior written consent.
Product Information
All products on our website are described as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors, materials, and sizes will be exactly as shown on your screen. We reserve the right to change any product specifications without prior notice.
Pricing and Payment
The prices of our products are listed on our website in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Payment can be made through various modes of payment available on our website.
Delivery and Returns
Standard delivery for all Sulfex products across India is free. There is no hidden cost at checkout.
Delivery of goods will take place at the address entered during order process. In case you want to change the delivery address after the order is placed and before dispatch, please call us at 7025939393 or write an email to sulfexindia@gmail.com. Sulfex will try its best to accommodate this change but this is not guaranteed. Delivery of all product will happen at the front door of the property.
Customer will have to bear the delivery charge in case the delivery is made to a wrong location due to the wrong delivery address entered during order placement.
Goods are only delivered by Sulfex or by a third party contracted to undertake logistics on our behalf. For logistical reasons, Sulfex reserves the right to split shipments.
Limitation of Liability
Sulfex Mattress Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our website or products. We will not be liable for any damage caused to your property, including your computer, by using our website.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sulfex Mattress Co. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our website or products.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Sulfex Mattress Co. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
